BU professors, alumna win Guggenheim fellowships
Two Binghamton University professors and an alumna have been named recipients of prestigious Guggenheim Fellowships. Isidore Okpewho, professor of Africana studies, English and comparative literature; Donald Quataert, professor of history; and Stephanie McCurry ’88 are among the 184 artists, scholars and scientists to have been selected as fellows for 2003-04 by the John Simon Guggenheim Memorial Foundation.
